Haitian International presents a new injection moulding machine generation for the first time in Europe

The latest injection moulding machines from the Haitian and Zhafir range will be presented at Fakuma 2012 in Hall A6, Stand 6107. On show will be the new machines with automated medical and packaging application.

“The machines’ Premiere in China was very promising, and the response was very motivating. Now we are excited about how the visitors in Friedrichshafen will react to our second machine generation.“ said Mr. Fu Nanhong, Head of Haitian International’s R&D.

Zhafir Plastics Machinery will present the models “Mercury“ and “Venus 2“ which run medial applications. A Zhafir Mercury with 1000 kN clamping force produces a pipette tip made of PP on a 64-cavity mold in 9s. The medical part will be taken out with automation from Sepro Robotique GmbH. A Zhafir Venus 2 Series with 1000 kN clamping force displays an infusion devise made of PC with a shot weight of 12g and a cycle time of 8s. New to the “Venus 2“ is primarily the optimised injection unit, which delivers 20% more acceleration and considerably shorter cycles. The revised toggle promises more dynamism and reduced dry cycle times.

Haitian Plastics Machinery will exhibit a “Mars 2“ with 900 kN clamping force. This successor of the bestseller, which has already been sold more than 65,000, produces a container with a shot weight of 16gr. The parts will be taken out by Sepro automation. The containers are produced in PP-MFR70. The new Mars 2 Series has also had its kinematic components optimised in cooperation with a German development team, which brought a reduction of the dry cycle times of up to 25%, and significantly increased precision.
